What does it look like when a school shows up for its community? On June 13, our Freedom Prep Birmingham at Titusville campus opened its doors for Enrollment Day, giving families a true one-stop shop to get everything done in a single visit. Families came through throughout the day, and each one left having applied on the spot and completed their child’s enrollment portal start to finish. The entire process was simple, and our future families received support with the enrollment application every step of the way.
Hosting days like this matters. It gives families the chance to take care of every enrollment step at once and secure their child’s seat for the upcoming year before life gets busy again. Jacinta Whitted, Regional Manager of Enrollment and Operations, shared what has her looking forward to the year ahead: “I’m most excited about the new year because we get to educate new and old faces. Each child has a fresh start to a new year of growth and development.”
That same spirit showed up again just days later when Jacinta marched in the Birmingham Juneteenth Parade, sharing program information with neighbors along the route. Our FPA team is ready to meet our families and help them enroll for the upcoming school year. We’re showing up where the community already is, whether that’s a parade route or a campus open house, because every family deserves an easy path to enroll close to home.
