FPA Tennessee: It’s Time to Plan Your Student’s Ride to School!

As we gear up for an exciting 2026–2027 school year, every Freedom Preparatory Academy – Memphis family has a small but mighty task ahead: completing the Student Transportation Planning Form. Your answers help us map out safe, efficient routes so every student has a ride sorted before day one.

What to Know:

  • One form per family. Even if you have three students spread across three campuses, one submission covers everyone in the household.
  • Deadline: Friday, July 17. Mark the calendar. This date helps us finalize routes and stops in time.
  • Complete the form even if your student won’t ride the bus. We need everyone’s transportation plan, not just the bus riders.
  • Choose a transportation method:

    • Bus Rider

    • Parent/Guardian Transportation (Car Rider)

    • Parent/Guardian Transportation with School Shuttle Between Campuses (grades 6–12: drop off at one campus, and a shuttle takes your student to their assigned campus)

    • Walker

  • Questions? Reach out to your student’s school directly. They’re ready to help.

What Happens Next:

Once all the forms are in, our team gets to work finalizing bus routes and assignments. Families will receive their student’s transportation details during Orientation:

  • High School: Tuesday, July 28
  • Elementary School: Wednesday, July 29
  • Middle School: Thursday, July 30

Submitting by the deadline gives us the clearest picture of what our routes and stops need to look like, so please don’t wait until the last minute. Late forms will still be reviewed, but we can’t guarantee an assignment will be ready by Orientation.

Thank you for taking a few minutes to fill this out. It’s a small step that makes a big difference in getting every Freedom Prep student where they need to be, safely and on time.
